SOUGHT-AFTER BAYSIDE LOCATION: House is on a private paved road, about 250 yards west of Shore Road (route 6A) and 250 yards east of footpath and stairway to sandy beach on Cape Cod Bay. Driveway area can hold four cars.

FIRST FLOOR: Casual living room, comfortably seating 6-8 people. Dining area, with round or expanded oval table. Kitchen, with refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. Queen bedroom. Twin bedroom. Bathroom with stall shower.

SECOND FLOOR: Twin bedroom. Bathroom with tub and shower. Den and upper deck, offering panoramic views and magnificent sunsets over Cape Cod Bay.

OTHER FEATURES: Outdoor furniture. Picnic table. Large and small charcoal grills. Large pot for boiling lobsters. Clothes washer and dryer in basement. Vacuum cleaner. Iron/ironing board. Clock radios. Land-line telephone, for local calls. Stereo system.  Cable TV. VCR. Blankets, bedspreads, and pillows. (Renters bring their own sheets and towels).

PRIVATE BEACH ON CAPE COD BAY: Three minute walk to the Lookout Bluff Property Owners Association's beach. From the stairway at the top of the bluff, there is an awesome view of the coastline from Wellfleet to Provincetown. The beach is highly suitable for waterside walks, sunbathing, swimming, and fishing. Cape Cod Bay's water is warm from late spring into early fall. Because of a ten foot tide, it is feasible to enjoy wading and clamming on expansive sandbars during low tide.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Golf, tennis, biking, sport fishing, surf casting, boating, surfing, sailing, parasailing, windsurfing, kayaking, scuba diving, health club, dune tours, whale watching, beachcombing, hiking, guided walks in national seashore, birdwatching, antiquing, winery tour, lighthouse tour, museums, galleries, movies, concerts, live theaters, art classes, Provincetown's alluring shops, fine restaurants, friendly bars, and lively nightlife.

A summer shuttle bus to/from P'town and Herring Cove Beach runs along  Shore Road, one block away. Many beautiful beaches and activities are available at the National Seashore in Provincetown, Truro, Wellfleet, Eastham, and Orleans. In North Truro, Cape Cod Bay is only 1.5 miles from the Atlantic Ocean, and the nearest oceanside beaches are Coast Guard (Town of Truro) and Head of Meadow (Cape Cod National Seashore).

Terra Luna Restaurant, which has earned a distinguished Zagat rating, is within walking distance.

OTHER INFO:  Weekly rental rates will be established during March 2011, if house remains available.  July 1-31 rental rate is $7,000, plus utility & trash collection charges.  Rent is due at signing of lease, along with a $500 security deposit. Check-in at 3 p.m.; check-out at 10 a.m. Nonsmokers preferred. NO PETS.
