SOUGHT-AFTER BAYSIDE LOCATION: House is on a private paved road, about 250 yards west of Shore Road (route 6A) and 300 yards east of footpath and stairway to sandy beach on Cape Cod Bay. Driveway area can hold four cars.
CHARMING CONTEMPORARY STYLE SALTBOX HOUSE: Situated on a sunny half-acre lot encircled by pine trees. Cheerful bright interior of 1,400 square feet. Beamed cathedral ceilings, with skylight and ceiling fan. Hardwood floors. Nautical decor, with Hitchcock furniture. Gas hot water heater. Gas and electric heat. Fenced-in patio, offering secure play space for younger children, and privacy for sunbathing, picnics, and cookouts.
FIRST FLOOR: Casual living room, seating up to 8 people. Dining area, with round or expanded oval table, seating 4 to 6. Kitchen, with refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. Queen bedroom. Twin bedroom. Bathroom with stall shower.
SECOND FLOOR: Twin bedroom. Bathroom with tub and shower. Den and upper deck, offering panoramic views and magnificent sunsets over Cape Cod Bay.
OTHER FEATURES: Outdoor furniture. Picnic table. Large and small charcoal grills. Large pot for boiling lobsters. HE top-loading washer and dryer in basement. Vacuum cleaner. Iron/ironing board. Clock radios. Stereo system. Cable TV. VCR. Wireless Internet service. Blankets, bedspreads, and pillows. (Renters bring their own sheets and towels).
PRIVATE BEACH ON CAPE COD BAY: Three minute walk to the Lookout Bluff Property Owners Association's beach. From the stairway at the top of the bluff, there is an awesome view of the coastline from Wellfleet to Provincetown. The beach is highly suitable for waterside walks, sunbathing, swimming, and fishing. Cape Cod Bay's water is warm from late spring into early fall. Because of a ten foot tide, it is feasible to enjoy wading and clamming on expansive sandbars during low tide.
TERMS: Monthly rental rates for 2012 are: June=$5000, July=$7000, August=$7200, and September=$5000. Security deposit is $700.
OTHER INFO: Rental deposit (40% of rent) due at signing of lease. Remaining balance for rent and security deposit one month before rent begins. Nonsmokers preferred. NO PETS.

Terra Luna restaurant is within walking distance, on Shore Road.
A summer shuttle bus to/from P'town and Herring Cove Beach runs along Shore Road, one block away. Many beautiful beaches and activities are available at the National Seashore in Provincetown, Truro, Wellfleet, Eastham, and Orleans. In North Truro, Cape Cod Bay is only 1.5 miles from the Atlantic Ocean, and the nearest oceanside beaches are Coast Guard (Town of Truro) and Head of Meadow (Cape Cod National Seashore).
